How to Add Us to Your Address Book

In order to assure that our messages are always delivered to your in-box, please follow the steps below. Choose the email service you currently use from the following list:

AOL 9.0 (Hosted) - How to Add Us to Your Address Book

  1. After opening the message, look in the message window for the Add Address button. Click the Add Address button.
  2. Look for the Contact tab in the new window. Click on the Contact tab.
  3. The first line in this tab should read Screen Name. Enter the name you would like to represent this company in your Address Book (one may already be provided).
  4. Make sure the bubble next to this line (under the heading Primary Email) is clicked.
  5. Add any additional information that you would like in the provided spaces.
  6. Click Save located at the bottom of the window.
  7. The sender's information is now saved to your address book.

AOL (Web) - How to Add Us to Your Address Book

  1. After opening the message, click on the From Name.
  2. In the pop-up window, choose Add to Address Book.
  3. From the Name Tab, verify email address is correct and enter the name you would like to represent this company in your Address Book (one may already be provided).
  4. From the Preferred email drop-down box, choose email 1.
  5. Add any additional information that you would like in the additional tabs.
  6. Click Save located at the bottom of the window.
  7. The sender's information is now saved to your address book.

Earthlink - How to Add Us to Your Address Book

  1. After opening the message, look for the Add to Address Book link (should appear next to the sender's address). Click the Add to Address Book link.
  2. The sender's email address should automatically appear in the first line of the Internet Information box in the new window. Enter the email address if it does not appear automatically.
  3. Make sure the Set as Default bubble next to this line is clicked.
  4. Add any additional information that you would like in the provided spaces.
  5. Click the Save button located at the top of the window.
  6. The sender's information is now saved to your address book.

MSN/Hotmail - How to Add Us to Your Address Book

  1. After opening the message, look for the Save Address button. Click the Save Address button.
  2. The sender's information should automatically appear. Enter the email address if it does not appear automatically.
  3. Add any additional information that you would like in the provided spaces.
  4. Click the OK button located at the top or bottom of the window.
  5. The sender's information is now saved to your address book.

Yahoo! - How to Add Us to Your Address Book

  1. After opening the message, look for the Add to Address Book link (should appear next to the sender's address). Click the Add to Address Book link.
  2. The sender's information will automatically appear. Enter the email address if it does not appear automatically.
  3. Add any additional information that you would like in the provided spaces.
  4. Click the Add to Address Book button located at the top or bottom of the window.
  5. The sender's information is now saved to your address book.
